1. Membership and Registration

  • Identity Card Loss: If you lose your ID card, report it immediately to IHRPC management.
  • Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee will be required to become a member.
  • Non-Refundable Contributions: All contributions made to IHRPC are non-refundable.
  • Membership Misuse: Misuse of membership ID cards or privileges will lead to termination of membership.
  • Criminal Background Check: Members should not have any criminal records, and a background check may be required for membership approval.

2. Code of Conduct

  • Adherence to Rules: All members must adhere to IHRPC’s rules and regulations.
  • Legal Compliance: Members must comply with the advice of legal professionals and follow prescribed legal frameworks in their duties.
  • Ethical Conduct: Members must behave with integrity, respect, and humility toward everyone.

3. Membership Conditions

  • Termination of Membership: IHRPC reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of rules or unethical behavior.
  • No Other Organization Membership: Members cannot hold memberships in other human rights organizations without prior approval from IHRPC.
  • Age Requirement: Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

4. Confidentiality and Ethics

  • Confidentiality: Members must keep sensitive information related to IHRPC’s activities confidential.
  • Respect for Privacy: The privacy of individuals involved in cases must be respected at all times.

5. General Provisions

  • Right to Modify Terms: IHRPC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated to members.
  • Liability: IHRPC is not liable for actions taken by members outside the scope of their duties as defined by the organization.

6. Legal Compliance

  • Indian Constitution Articles: The rights and duties of members are aligned with key provisions in the Indian Constitution, including Articles 19, 21, 22, 25, and 26.

7. Responsibilities of IHRPC Members

  • Support Human Rights Protection: Ensure all efforts are focused on protecting basic human rights globally.
  • Engage in Legal Advocacy: Actively participate in legal proceedings and community outreach to promote human rights advocacy.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes: Any disputes regarding IHRPC’s activities or membership will be addressed by the IHRPC core committee. Legal procedures will follow if necessary.

⚠️ Violation of Policies

If any member is found violating IHRPC policies, engaging in illegal or unethical activities, misusing their position, or taking money against our rules — the Core Committee reserves the right to terminate such member without prior notice. The decision of the Core Committee shall be final and binding.
