Terms & Conditions:

If in case of loss of ID card, it should be informed to the management team as soon as possible.
Registration Fees Challan applied for the Identity Number as per allotted Cadre Approved from Core Committee.
Once Membership/Donation is taken, the amount of Membership/Donation is not Refundable.
The member should not misuse the ID card/power; if any member is found guilty, He/She will be Terminated.
Every member should abide by the rules and regulations of IHRPC. If failed, strict legal action will be taken against them.
The IHRPC has full rights to remove any members who do not follow the rules & regulations of the governance of the core committee of IHRPC.
The member of IHRPC should not have any criminal record.
The member of IHRPC should not have registered any FIR in the local Police station of the respective areas.
The member of IHRPC should not have membership in any other organisation. If found, their membership will be cancelled with immediate effect.
The candidate warrants that he/she is at least 18 years of age (and 15 years above for youth cell, students).
If any action or proceeding without the involvement of the organisation is taken, it shall be considered void and the organisation will not be held responsible at any point for the individual actions.
